Today I really needed and appreciated a couple of wee naps, before church and in the afternoon while KBE played with the boys.
Church seemed to pass in a blur but it was good to catch up briefly with a friend and make plans for lunch in the big city later this week. She’s just reached a record 6 months in a relationship, and it’s so lovely to hear her talk about the new man, I’m looking forward to our lunch already.
A few episodes of Studio 60 - not as good as West Wing (is anything?) but the combination of laugh out loud moments, heart rending drama and intelligent/thought provoking plots is always good.
